I’m sure you’ve realized by now that I’m not your typical designer. I fuel conversion and strategy into everything I do – and that’s what makes my approach unique and different.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Abso-freaking-lutely! After the initial 30% deposit is paid, our projects are split into monthly payments to spread the remaining balance. We do require the project to be paid off in full before completion and ownership transfer. The best part is the total price stays the same – no interest, no hidden fees. (But there are taxes, because them’s the rules!)
How long is the process?
This will depend entirely on the scope of your project, but typically a full brand project is ready for launch after 4-6 weeks.
However, please bear in mind that our calendar tends to get booked well in advance so we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK YOU?
We typically book “Logo & Branding in a Week” up to 1 month in advance. If you’re interested in working with us but are on a deadline, feel free to reach out to us through email for the soonest availability. Our Instagram DMs are open, too!
Would I need to hire you for future updates?
Only if you want!
We always ensure you come out knowing your brand inside out at the end of our project. We will provide you with training videos and a manual to show you how to use your visual brand elements to maintain a cohesive look & feel. However, we also love establishing long-term relationships with our clients, so we’re always here for you when you feel stuck or need to make some major updates. You’re family now!
How soon can we get started?
This will entirely depend on the project type as well as our current availability. We only take a handful of projects per year, because we like to focus on each of our clients individually and are usually booked out 1-3 months in advance.
Therefore, if you’re interested in working together, we would recommend enquiring as soon as possible to reserve your spot on the calendar.
