Scanphil Global Oy is a full-service Balikbayan Box shipping company that specializes in delivering packages from various parts of Europe, including Finland, the Åland Islands, France, Estonia, Sweden, Germany, and more, to the Philippines. We redesigned their outdated website from July – September 2024.

The Challenge

Scanphil Global Oy’s old website no longer met the demands of a modern audience. The design was outdated, lacked mobile responsiveness, and did not comply with accessibility standards, particularly for visually-impaired visitors.

Additionally, the website didn’t contain the most up-to-date company information, which impacted customer trust and engagement. They also needed a streamlined way for customers to track their packages directly from the website.

Our Solution

We implemented a full website redesign, introducing a modern, mobile-responsive layout that captured Scanphil Global Oy’s core values of trust and efficiency. To address accessibility, we incorporated design elements such as high-contrast color schemes and screen-reader compatibility. We also updated all content to reflect their latest services and shipping routes, providing clarity and transparency for customers.

In addition, we built an intuitive package tracking system on the site, allowing customers to easily input tracking numbers and follow their shipment’s progress in real-time. This feature provided a seamless customer experience by giving users direct access to updates on their package’s journey, boosting convenience and satisfaction.
