Kokoro Therapy Helsinki is a psychotherapy practice offering warm, evidence-based mental health support in English and Japanese for international clients living in Finland. Led by a licensed psychologist, the practice creates a safe space for individuals navigating life transitions, identity, stress, and anxiety. We partnered with Kokoro Therapy in 2025 to redesign and rebuild their website, migrating from Wix to WordPress, with a focus on simplifying the layout, improving usability, and creating a more cohesive blog and brand experience that reflects the calm and clarity of the practice.

Our work involved migrating the site from Wix to WordPress and redesigning the UX and UI in Figma to simplify navigation. We created a cohesive blog template to make content easier to publish and browse, optimized the site for mobile responsiveness and SEO, and ensured a smooth launch with a full staging-to-live setup – all completed in a focused One Day Website Sprint.
