What types of personal data do we process?

We process information that is necessary and relevant to the conduct of our business. This includes information on cooperation, customer and contractual relationships, as well as information on the production, management, and development of assignments and services. In addition, we process information about clients and stakeholders, as well as information needed in order to carry out events, training, occasions, and internal projects.

The information is mainly collected directly from the above-mentioned parties or their representatives.
The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest based on customer or other relationship, service provider, or invoicing. In addition, the legal basis is the preparation and performance of the contract or other cooperation and the fulfillment of legal obligations (such as accounting and taxation). The legal basis may also be consent. Data may also be collected to avoid conflicts of interest.

How do we retain personal data and how do we use it?
We retain the information for the duration of the customer or partnership relationship and thereafter for the time being. For some data, a shorter or longer retention period may be notified separately. Data collected for direct marketing will be deleted as soon as the request for deletion has been processed.

The data is protected by strictly limited access rights and processed only for the purpose for which it was collected. All personal information is treated with confidence. Personal information is not used for automatic decision-making or profiling.
